Damien McDonald

​Damien serves as Chief Financial Officer of Booths, where he is responsible for the organisation’s financial strategy, governance, and long‑term financial sustainability. Since joining Booths, Damien has progressed through key senior roles including Financial Controller and Head of Finance before being appointed CFO. His leadership has supported the company’s continued operational discipline, investment planning, and strategic growth.

Before joining Booths, Damien held the position of Finance Director at Driver Group plc. In this role, he oversaw UK and international financial operations, strengthened financial controls, and played a central role in the organisation’s expansion.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Damien is an enthusiastic cyclist and long‑distance charity rider. He lives with his wife Rachel and their two children, Paddy and Leah.
