About Nicola
Nicola is a passionate Northerner and foodie, and landing a role at Booths was a dream job for her many years ago. She began her professional life in accountancy at Deloitte before joining Booths in a commercial finance capacity. Over the years, she gradually transitioned into operations and has never looked back.
Her remit includes all aspects of Trading, Product development, Supply, and the development of B2B and Wholesale channels. She is passionate about what people eat, where it comes from, and how to inspire the next generation to understand and appreciate real food.
Outside of work, Nicola’s children love her most when she returns home with plenty of goodies, and she enjoys spending time outdoors and running.
