Customer Assistant - Cafe (Specialist)

SPECIALIST CUSTOMER ASSISTANT 

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the Booths family as part of a brand-new Café due to open at our Knutsford store in August.

Working in our new and exciting Café no day will ever be the same. You will work as part of a team to deliver a memorable experience for our customers. Tasks are varied but include serving food and drink to the table, making the best quality tea and coffee, taking customers’ orders at the till and maintaining our high standards of service.

We believe in buying, making, selling and marketing the best food & drink. As a Customer Assistant in our Café, you will be friendly and outgoing and have a passion for great customer service, however, with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customer with our warm northern welcome and creating magical experiences for our customers that makes them want to return time and time again.

Rates of pay:

18 – 20 years:    £9.50 p.h.

21+ years:           £11.50 p.h.

Please Note:

• All roles are permanent.

• Applicants must be 18 and over.

• The role will require a minimum of 1 weekend shift per week.

• Various contract hours will be available this can be discussed at interview.
