Customer Assistant Specialist 18+

So, as a Customer Assistant, you will already be a natural when it comes to customer service however, with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.

Working in one of our departments your day will be filled with a variety of interesting tasks, from checking stock and keeping records to looking after health & safety and food hygiene. Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. If they're happy, then we're happy - and that's what Booths is all about. You don't need retail experience to join our family. But you do need to be the kind of warm, friendly, hardworking and innovative person who can shine in front of our customers and fit comfortably into a hard working close team.

Please Note:

Involves working in the Café, in a fast paced environment, the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks at one, and demonstrate excellent customer service.

Role will also involve working on at least one other area including - Bakery, Hot Counter, Deli & Cheese Counter, Butchers Counter.

At least one of these Positions require working on the Butchers Counter.

Customer Assistant roles will require a minimum of 1 weekend shift per week. 

Successful Candidates must have a minimum availability Thursday, Friday across the day & at least one day at the weekend within the above time frames.  

As this is a Part time position it will be a minimum of 15 hours with the expectation of over time. 

Specialist Team are in the building from:

6 am - 8.30pm Monday-Saturday

7 am - 5pm on a Sunday

Advertised rates of pay are applicable to 23 years +

Under 18:            £8.47 (probationary rate) - £8.56 (full rate)

18 – 20 years:    £8.55 (probationary rate) – £8.64 (full rate)

21 – 22 years:    £9.28 (probationary rate) – £9.38 (full rate)
