Working pattern

This is a full time position with a contract of 37.5 hours. This role requires flexibility in working hours given the travel requirements and nature of the role. Weekend working is also required.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to coach store management teams in delivering the Booths café service and experience model, to support in ensuring the right labour is deployed to the right place at the right time, enabling sales and service growth in each of the hospitality areas and to feedback challenges faced by the hospitality areas, to the key stakeholders to drive improvements and provide structured updates on progress in each store. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have previous café managerial experience
