Job Description:
Salary - £25,000
We are looking for someone to join our dedicated People Team as a HR Administrator. The role is to support the People Business Partner – Recruitment & Reward and the wider operational People Team with essential administrative support, handling a variety of administrative tasks on a range of topics including Recruitment, Reward, Benefits and other People processes. The role will involve the inputting of personal information on our internal systems, answering queries from colleagues, as well as becoming a subject matter expert on our integrated HR / payroll system.
You will possess strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues within the team and other key stakeholders across the business. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and will be able to handle confidential information appropriately. You should be confident using IT, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
Upon successful completion of a probationary period, we would look to support the successful candidate with a business administration apprenticeship.
