Working Pattern:

This is a full time position with a contract of 37.5 hours per week. This is a Fixed term contract until September 2027.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO (Project Management Office) Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of projects across the organisation. As the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will manage a team of project management assistants and support project managers by providing guidance, tools, and frameworks to drive project success. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
