The purpose of this role to assist in the effective management of the Specialist department. As Specialist Manager you will be responsible and accountable for managing a team made up of Team Leaders and Customer Assistants within a typical shift of a Retail Store Operation. As Specialist Manager you will be accountable for all areas (Café, Counters, bakery and all tasting on produce and licensed) of the store which provide specialist knowledge and advice to our customers. You will ensure exceptional standards of presentation and availability across all Specialist areas and drive sales through great tasting experiences in store every day.
It may be a requirement for the successful candidate to be able to travel to other stores within the North Region of Booths i.e. other stores within Lancashire & Cumbria, therefore it is a requirement for candidates to have a valid driving license. Location will be discussed at interview
