Team Leader (Specialist)

Team Leader (Specialist) 18 years+

Location: Penrith, Cumbria

Advertised Salary: £13.30ph

Contract:  36.75hrs, overtime up to 39 Hours. Please note, you must be 18years + to apply for this role.

Working pattern:

Must be able to work 1 weekend day per week

Weekdays will be a mix of 8 hours shifts in the window of 6am to 8.30pm

The Role:

Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As Team Leader you will oversee the functionality of a team by determining the goals that colleagues will work towards each shift, providing guidance, instruction on how to approach a task and leading by example. You will be responsible for the review of safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts. In the absence of senior management you will have the responsibility of duty manager of the store.

You will be given the accountability of one of the three departments in store, however at times where the business requires it you will be required to work cross functionally to support other departments. As a Team Leader Specialist, you will working with our Cafes and Counters.

Previous retail experience required and experience within food service essential.
