To look after a small team covering fresh cabinet replenishment overnight plus make the store presentable for the next day. Must be able to coach, mentor and lead a small team overnight in store. carries duty manager additional pay and an overnight premium for working unsociable hours between midnight and 6am. Monday-Friday. 

The purpose of this role is to support the effective management of the store, by leading and motivating your team to ensure company standards are maintained in all areas of the store. You will be given the accountability of one of the three departments in store, however at times where the business requires it you will be required to work cross functionally to support other departments.

Additional Information

Permanent contract working Monday- Friday 9pm till 6am short night Tuesday 10pm-6am full time night team leader. 36.75 hours. Leading a small night team replenishing fresh cabinets overnight, ensuring the store is set up for the customer for morning opening. Will also be trained as a duty manager and first aider. This position attracts an additional unsocial hours premium between midnight and 6am.  It involves coaching mentoring and guiding the team.
