People Specialist

We are looking for a People Specialist with previous HR experience, to provide an excellent HR advisory service to our stores and wider departments.

Reporting directly into the People Business Partner, you will work alongside the wider team of People Specialists providing expert HR advice and managing complex employee relations cases. You will have an understanding of employment law and policies and procedures, providing the right level of support on a day to day basis.

You will also contribute to the wider people team and people business plan, supporting happy thriving teams, addressing challenges and always looking at opportunities for improvements.

Interviews will take place at Booths Central Office.
