A Specialist Management opportunity has become available across our stores within the Cumbria area.

To assist in the effective management of the Specialist department. As Specialist Manager you will be responsible and accountable for managing a team made up of Team Leaders and Customer Assistants within a typical shift of a Retail Store Operation. As Specialist Manager you will be accountable for all areas (Café, Counters, bakery and all tasting on produce and licensed) of the store which provide specialist knowledge and advice to our customers.

Preferences regarding store locations will be discussed at interview and travel will be applied in line with our internal policy. Managers will not be required to travel more than 45 minutes from their home address.
