Location: This role may be based within one of our stores located in the Cumbria County. You must be prepared to travel up to 45 minutes from your home location to the location of the store.

The Role:

A Specialist Management opportunity has become available across our stores within the Cumbria area.

To assist in the effective management of the Specialist department. As Specialist Manager you will be responsible and accountable for managing a team made up of Team Leaders and Customer Assistants within a typical shift of a Retail Store Operation. As Specialist Manager you will be accountable for all areas (Café, Counters, bakery and all tasting on produce and licensed) of the store which provide specialist knowledge and advice to our customers.
